Job title:  Casting Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Melting/pouring/molding/break and grinding/Heat treatment process technical document development and training.
• In process monitoring and keep line running in good performance.
• Non conforming process and product root cause analysis and lead problem solving and improving, must well problem solving tools like 8D, A3.
• Support new product casting trail and prepare technical document.
• Coordinate new materials and new technologies test
• Process optimization such as efficiency,quality and cost optimization. 

Requirements：

• Associate degree or above, preferably in refiner plate steel casting, materials forming and control, metallic materials, or other related fields
• 5- 10 years of work experience in steel casting engnieer 
• Must be proficient in process like resin sand molding ,iron melting /pouring process and quality control ,electrical furnace maintenance, used resin sand recyling and repreparation.
• Proficieny in design software such as CAD and casting simulation.
• Written english is need , able to speak oral english is prefered. 
• Skillful in software of Office.
• Good at process anomaly analysis and improvement.
